Why not following the script by the book has proved effective

If one has a chance to see our unedited versions of the interviews, he will soon realize that allowing people to talk freely without making them feel constrained to a set format helps in a major way to build a sort of personal connection that, ultimately, allows us to get a more interesting interview and end up talking about several interesting things that were not previously considered.
